may be diluted with rc701/rc702 high compatibility thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
used for painting upper surfaces (and undersurfaces of wing folding parts) of us navy &, usmc carrier-based aircraft finished in the blue grey/light grey scheme from mid-october 1941 until january 1943. This scheme was also ordered for all us navy shore-based aircraft in february 1942.
