may be diluted with rc701/rc702 high compatibility thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.

used for painting vehicles and other equipment of the german army from july 1937 until july 1940 as a primary camouflage color (supplemented by ral 7017 dunkelbraun in accordance to the official regulations, however, it appears that many military vehicles were painted in dunkelgrau only already during the polish campaign).
from july 1940 until february 1943 used as the standard overall camouflage color.
